This 8-week program is designed for lifters of any difficulty who want to build solid gym habits, improve overall strength, and boost body confidence! You’ll train 5 days a week with a mix of strength, cardio, and core workouts tailored to help improve strength, definition, and muscle endurance. Look at this as the official start to your festival-fitness journey. The workout split will go as follows: - Monday: Chest, Triceps, Abs - Tuesday: Back, Biceps, Cardio - Wednesday: Shoulders, Abs, Cardio - Thursday: Legs - Friday: Arms, Abs, Cardio I'll also give you tips for dieting and meal plan based on the years of trial and error that I've gone through, such as where to set your general calories at, whether you should be eating in a caloric surplus or a caloric deficit, how much protein, carbs, and fats you should aim to eat per day, etc.
